Attend Live “Office Hours”
We host live support sessions at different times/days each week so you can pop on, share your screen, and get hands-on help with whatever’s got you feeling stuck.

You don’t have to be on camera unless you want to and we don’t record or share the replays.
You can also ask your question in the group and get answers, even if you can’t attend live.
The specific times and dates are listed in the Events Calendar in the Fern Brain Trust Community. There’s a link to the Events Calendar in the left sidebar of every Help Doc article and in the left sidebar of your Fern CRM account. Just click on the “Office Hours” button.
Can’t make it to any of the office hours sessions because of the time zone or other commitments? Let us know and we’ll try to book additional hours that week to fit your schedule.

Founding Members get unlimited free support sessions for as long as the Founding Members offer is still available and/or as long as we’re able to continue offering them. After that, support sessions will be pay-as-you-go but we’ll always try to keep the prices super affordable!
