How To Get Tech Support

If you’re experiencing an issue that you think might be a bug or error with the system, or even something you’d prefer to talk to us privately about for security reasons, please use one of the following support options.

Report An Issue, Error, Or Anything That Isn’t Working Correctly

Start by getting in touch with us via chat or email:

Attend Live “Office Hours”

We host live support sessions twice a week so you can pop on, share your screen, and get hands-on help with whatever’s got you feeling stuck.

You don’t have to be on camera unless you want to and we don’t record or share the replays.

You can also ask your question in the group and get answers, even if you can’t attend live.

The specific times and dates are listed in the Events Calendar in the Fern Brain Trust Community. There’s a link to the Events Calendar in the left sidebar of every Help Doc article. Just click on the “Live Office Hours” button.

You can also see the events calendar by logging into the Fern Action Center (there’s a link in the left sidebar of your Fern CRM account) and use the top menu bar to toggle over to Communities. Once you’re inside the Fern Brain Trust group, look at the top menu bar for the word “Events.” Click on it to view the calendar.

You don’t have to register or anything, just show up and bring your questions!

Can’t make it to any of the office hours sessions because of the time zone or other commitments? Let us know and we’ll try to book additional hours that week to fit your schedule.

Founding Members get unlimited free support sessions for as long as the Founding Members offer is still available and/or as long as we’re able to continue offering them. After that, support sessions will be pay-as-you-go but we’ll always try to keep the prices super affordable!
